Returns & Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges Policy

We are dedicated to making sure you are pleased with your purchases. We’ve outlined below the various scenarios that might occur when you receive your package and the Cocktail Town™ return policy.

What do I do in the case of damage or breakage?
We inspect your package before it leaves our warehouse to ensure its quality. However, if your shipment is damaged when you receive it please return it immediately.

1.     Call our customer service department upon receipt of your shipment 800-503-7661 and provide your name, address, phone number and order number.

2.     We will provide you an RMA number to include with your shipment. Include the RMA number on the shipping label.

3.     Include the original packing slip and all the original items shipped in their original packaging.

Credits will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.

What about general returns?
If your purchase is not damaged or defective you may return it within the first 10 days after delivery. Returned products must be in new, unused, fully functional and undamaged condition and must include the original box, shipping box, and packing materials.

 

1.     Call our customer service department at 800-503-7661 and provide your name, address, phone number and order number.

2.     We will provide you an RMA number to include with your shipment. Include the RMA number on the shipping label.

3.     Include the original packing slip and all the original items shipped in their original condition. This may include manufacturer labels and sku numbers on glassware for example.

4.     Insure the package for the purchase amount and send by UPS, Fedex or USPS. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All returns will be inspected for condition. Cocktail Town™ reserves the right to adjust refunds based on the condition of the returned items. Returns which received a free shipping will incur a 15% shipping recovery fee unless another item of equal or greater value is purchased.

What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order before shipment, you’ll receive a refund in the tender of the original order.

 

Restocking Fees

If a product is returned as a result of incorrect ordering or is reported to be defective but is found in working condition will incur a restocking charge. Any product returned without the original packaging materials is subject to and additional 10% charge.
